On my F18D, it has two levers by my right hip. I know that they control the BB's up and down but in the manual, one is listed as the position control, the other as the draft control. How can I use these properly?

The position control is all you can use. The draft control is for the tiller and must have all the linkage that comes with it to make it fuction. That is usually left in a pile somewhere between Japan and here. If it is an electically controlled draft, you might get it to function. I have only had one tractor that came with all the linkage and electrical sensors to make it work.

Thanks for the info, by the way, of the two levers, is the right one or the left one the normal position control? Both will move the hitch.

You got me there. On all the tractors I have delt with only one would actually move anything. It is usually the outer lever though.
