Thought I saw "SPARKS" !!

I was snowblowing the other night with my Pasquali 993, running 2300 rpm, & I thought I saw sparks coming outta the exhaust!
Could this just be carbon burning off, or should I be concerned with something else? The motor runs smoothly at that rpm, has plenty of power to throw the snow, doesn't skip or stutter. I had adjusted the valve lash this past summer to Pasquali specs, using Tom Branch's of Italian Tractor's neat trick, listed on his website, & it worked great.
Any idea's on what it could be?!

Not uncommon to see sparks out the exhaust at night. I suspect carbon scale but not 100% sure what causes this.

You've eased my concerns saying, "its not uncommon to see sparks at night."
It's good to know that the motor is not eating itself to death.

Yes I'd agree. I don't have a snow blower, but often see sparks from my lawnmower in the evenings (I actually wish I could cut some grass about now)
