Did you report this to eBay?

Due to the "don't use ask a seller a question", I would be leary of bidding on this item. You don't have many guarantees with ebay, but skipping the ones that they do offer is asking for trouble.

I just bid $75,000 for it. The scammer has 16 other listings on e-bay now. My bid should effectively shut down this one listing. Do you guys want to bid $75,000 or more on all 17??

HURRY!!!! You only have 2 days and 22 hours left to place your bids for a seller located in Eueope selling tractors located here in the states that does not want to be contacted through e-bay. Oh by the way, anything you pick is the same price. $4900

There must be some grand theft/fraud limit in England that starts at $5,000 and thats why he only wants to scam you out of $4900

It sure looks fishy! The photos have Property of Compact Power Equipment, Inc.: CPEINC EBAY10 is SOLE AUTHORIZED SELLER. So if it's a scam, putting your name on the photos won't even stop E-bay from collecting their fees!

No, I didn't report it to Ebay. Not sure I know how. LOL

You all think the listed seller (kenby123) might have had his account hijacked?

Hurry guys and gals or you will be left out!!! I just bid $155,000 for a Cat 3 dozer. Only a wussy would want to buy it now for $4900. Auctions are fun. Two items down and 15 more to go.

Either that, or he's the one who is being dishonest.

Yeah, don't use "Ask seller a question" as this might alert the real seller whose ID has been stolen!

I also like how (if you check his feedback and what he's been selling previously) he's gone from VW parts to a million dollars in construction equipment and tractors. Hmmm...

And this stolen listing comes complete with the requisite purposeful typos and bad grammar too!

What I don't understand is why this person just didn't use the Buy it Now buttom. I noticed he has the Buy it Now text listing at the bottom of all his other items on Ebay. Wonder if that's just some type of advertising slogan he uses and this seller could be legit. Maybe just a bad choice of words.

I am by no means a Ebay pro. LOL Never bought anything off Ebay. Don't even have a account there either. I just like to look at various items and what they are being sold for.
