Oil & Fuel Thermostat replacement

I've only used rotella t and fram oil filter, my Kubota l3240, rotella t and wix filters, now my IH 234 that oil turns black in a few hours but it has 1900+ hours on it. In Maryland you can only buy ultra low sulfur fuel on road or off road, at least that's what my fuel dealer tells me. By the way it's all 15w-40 diesel motor oil. I'm not changing anything.

Good oil you're using. I have no words. Except for the Fram filter.
