I'm setting here semi-watching dishnetwork, 9:00AM, it's dark outside and the dish just lost it's signal and there's water coming out of the sky. It hasn't done that since I planted my garden. WHAT'S GOING ON HERE. WHOOOPEEEE.

Don't throw away your watering can just yet. At the peak, it was raining ALMOST hard enough to need windshield washers. (also in KY)

Then it quit.

That was with 80% chance of rain.

I'd say there's a 100% chance it's gonna be a LONG dry summer,
