Thanks, Curly. I guess I'm confused a bit with the Deere "marketing literature" and had assumed that the "LoadMatch" feature on the 110 was somehow similar to the "MotionMatch" and "CruiseControl" features that are available on the green Deeres.

Nonetheless, here is a line from the Deere website that touts the features of the 110 --- "LoadMatch load sensing drive system (similar to that used on construction Hydrostatic Drive Crawlers) minimizes stalling and maximizes productivity."

Guess it's automatic --- the transmission has a computerized (maybe not..) sensor tied to the engine which will increase rpm when the load increases.

Once again; I assumed that it was a "on/off" feature that you engaged whenever working the 110; FEL, hoe, etc.

Longest winded description of a governor I have ever heard...

CurlyDave -- I got a good laugh outta that...!!

Shoulda figured that those "whiz bang Business-school advertiser types" would come up with "MotionMatch" as a gimmick for something as "old school" as a governor!

Well... I won't have to look all around the console or the operator station too hard for the "MotionMatch" switch when I get my 110 home, huh?

Thanks.

Sorry I have not posted pics , I promise to this weekend, I appreciate all the feedback from everyone.
I have used the 110 Tlb machine 6 hours this week moving frieght and material at the storage warehouse. The machine surprises me in tight spaces, I think it is easier to move around than my 4310 was in a tight spot even though it is a larger machine . The hydro is growing on me and is much smoother with forks lifting electronic equipment with tilt meters that would tell on any mishaps. I have yet to use the hoe or bucket, hope to next week.
So far I love the machine and it is night and day to my green subcut. The throttle is the only thing I have to get use to with the way a Hydro functions.

Ak fish, the load match kinda mislead me the same way you were thinking with load match and motion match , little confusing but you will not be disappointed at all with the feel of the loader at all.

Macdabs --- I've got all the patience in the world... you just keep right on workin' that new 110! There'll sure to be some great pics that way for certain!

Whatever you do --- don't forget to send along that picture of you picking up a L39 Kubota with the forks on the 110?!?

I'm betting that Art will be sufficiently impressed with that...!

Sorry, so late on the pictures work and snow has been keeping me busy and the tractor is stored at my other shop. I have 11 hours so far moving frieght with the forks hope to move some dirt tomorrow . The lifting capability with the forks has been amazing compared to my 4310. I love it ! :)

My daughter , loves tractors and cars :) . My wife was yelling at me cause I parked the tractor in the drive way and she wanted outside to sit on it. She is just starting to talk a good bit and kept saying tractor I drive, I drive. What scares me is she has no fear and can steer at 21 mos old. I have a restored Mustang I had to hide to get her out of the garage ,she would not get in my wifes car without sitting in it first.

Fine lookin' machine! That's quite a good lookin' hired hand you got there, too!

She'll be runnin' the show in no time at all...

Wow, you folk's got some snow --- My tulips and crocus's and lilly's are all up, now. And I'm thinkin' about plantin' the sweet corn, already!

(You didn't really believe that did ya...?)

I'm headin' down the hill this Monday (tomorrow) to pick up my new 110. I'm guessin' that it's gonna take me 10 days to make the round trip.

Try to post some pictures when I get back.

Thanks, Macdabs for the photos.
