The one thing that you wonder why you didn't buy sooner?

I have a new one: I had my 2nd story deck replaced. I put a deck dry system in. The system keeps the pad under the deck dry, similar to a carport. It is great to work on small equipment and to park lawn equipment. I keep a riding lawnmower under the deck instead of the shop.
Same here. Our porch is mahogany T&G, so the patio below stays dry. I store 3 weeks' worth of firewood on that patio, in a wagon I haul down to the woodlot to refill every 3rd weekend all winter long.

5 ton Electric log splitter (I own a gas 27 ton up north) anyways the 5 ton is nice cause its super portable, can use anywhere including indoors, works better than expected. Just used it to make smaller wood, splitting oak, for my fireplace. Beats swinging a axe. I'm pretty comfortable with kids using it also.

How fast is it?

Cycle time isn't terrible it only has a one way cylinder, two large springs retract the ram quite quickly when lever is released. Splitting wedge is stationary. I estimate it will completely cycle in 10 or so seconds.

It pays to check Walmart clearance section.
I have leaves everywhere, a TracVac, Cyclone and blowers but I just got this for $37. It took 20 minutes to vacuum this area. If you get one, cut bag strap off, and gloves? The person on box probably has on a mask, goggles and helmet.

Had something like that at my first house, very convenient for around the immediate house area without blowing leafs up in the air and scattering them

I use a handheld (Stihl BG-86) blower for blowing everything out of the flower beds and gardens, before mowing with Gator blades to pulverize the leaves. As we get into full season, with the maples and other heavy leaf load dropping, I will still use the BG-86 for clearing the gardens, but then follow that with a Little Wonder EX-27 Optimax on a JRCO Blower Buggy mounted to the zero turn.

I guess if there's a tool I wish I'd bought sooner, it'd be that JRCO blower buggy. My property is hilly, and pushing a heavy walk-behind blower (not self-propelled) up and down the slope more than a few dozen times is a recipe for a heart attack.
