yea, hanging in there. I dont remember where I left off, but they are offering a pretty good severance. Like $16-17k good.
But IF I get a good offer, I still dont think I will stay. I am starting to get some good calls now from resumes sent out a month or so ago.
It seems the better companies to work for are in no hurry to get back in touch. It seems all the ones that call within a day or two dont pay worth a darn. But the better ones take a month or more:confused2:

Got an interview at a pretty good place Tuesday. Pay is good. Not quite where I am at now, but darn close. And this company is based and founded right here in central ohio, and has made fortune 100 best places to work several times:thumbsup:

It isn't far off now.. LD1 hope it all works out for you.. I know there are some big changes coming for me in my job description in Dec. But as far as I know I will still be employed. I sure don't want to go look for another job at my age..
