Lookin good Rick. You've got plenty of other stuff to do while you are waiting on poplar to dry. I wouldn't sweat it.

Your right...if I can get some more stickered and stacked. I have to rat you out Mike.....HE HAS A BRAND NEW KIOTI but no posts or pictures yet:anyone:

Obed, I had the douser out on Sunday. Interesting guy who used copper wire and "asked" questions to them. If it was a yes, they crossed, and a no, then they would go the other way -out at 90 degrees to each other. He said there is good no sulphur water @ 200' with a 15 gal a min flow.....I would be ecstatic with that:thumbsup: The spot I found with my coat hanger wires was about 25' away and his "investigation" deemed that it was shallow surface water moving through, not a underground stream. Since it's in the area I want to put the well anyway I figure I might as well(pun intended) dig where he recommended. We should drill early next month.

YES Brandi....do it...get your mill. I you can find a used one in good shape you won't loose a dime on it when you sell.

Ok, I worked on the Loft Bath. I set the head, and built a Vanity. I bought a chepo porcelain sink for under $30 and kinda stood around thinking about what to make the top out of....then it hit me....BARN TIN. So I marked and cut a piece of 3/4 ply:

Then a section of "Z" tin:

Ready for fitment in the bathroom:

I made it over-sized so I have a couple of inches to bend down and nail with galvanized roofing nails:

Then I added the last Cabela's ships lamps(this one is copper):

The only thing left is a framed mirror on a hinge to access the storage area behind the vanity:

I took the Cherry out of the Kiln and started planing it down. 6 years ago I bought an old Delta 13" planer just for this project:

And a HF dust collector:

I made 150 gallons of sawdust in just a couple of hours and the wood looks great:

I also picked up another 1,000 bf of Polpar and I am re-loading the kiln today with it. Kitchen cabinet bases get built today.
