The CK35 Dash Lights

The other day I noticed for the first time there are dash light indicators on the dash panel for what gear range the tactor is in. H-M-L and P just above the RPM meter . These lights never come on, are they supposed to be working? It would be nice if they did.

I have a DK35 HST so it may be different. But it could be the range sensor and neutral switches (.pdf attached) (if the CK's have them).

What the story behind these indicator lights?

There are a bunch of unconnected lights in the panel. Here is a photo
of the back of my CK30 panel. The extra lights all have bulbs, but the
wires on the harness go nowhere. I tried illuminating some of the lamps,
but the symbols made little sense to me. Some are for other markets,
I would assume.

My Kioti does not have the switch that the DK has for ranges, KCO.

I looked at the shop manual electrical diagrams and the H M L indicators are only being used on the hydrostatic models. I noticed the dash lights when I bought my DK40SE shuttle shift and wondered the same thing , so I looked at my shop manual .

I’m going to take a closer look this weekend to see if the switch is there for the range shifter.
I think the lights are wired to work on the DK models only.
