tg 2754

My company recently ordered a Kubota 2370 with a tg 2754 manual plow. I have 3 1/2 acres of sidewalks to plow and 3 parking lots. My sidewalks are 48" wide, so I couldn't get the 60" hydraulic blade.
I seen a post on 4/20/11 made by CHDinCT . He made his TG 2754 hydraulic with aftermarket parts. Does anyone know how to find the parts needed for this conversion.
Any help would be appreciated

CHDinCT says... "On the power angle, I bought all the parts from Surpluscenter and had a welder fabricate the cylinder brackets. Ran around $150 to do the conversion." He also shows a pic of the mod. I doubt you'll find a complete shopping list. Maybe wait til the unit arrives, and have someone fabricate the conversion for you.
