Texas Fall/Winter thread!

We are proud of the 1 3/4 inch we got. My tank is full but the lakes still have a way to go. Looks like some more Indian Summer weather for the first part of the week then Thu rain chances improve and chance of frozen precip. by Sat. as those cold fronts just keep on coming this time of year, and Mud Season continues.

When my kids were still in high school, we flew out to Vegas, on spring break, to drive to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The next year we flew there and drove to see Hoover Dam. On one trip, my daughter looked down while flying over New Mexico and asked me what grew on those farms. I looked down and all I could see was miles and miles of just dirt. I told her those were all dirt farms. She asked what did they grow. I told her dirt.:laughing: So I guess they all could grow mud also.

Yep...............she's a big girl now. Almost out of diapers and into pull ups. My daughter is already noticing the time is really starting to fly by.
......................time for a puppy. My daughter wants a fence something like this from me for her birthday.....
Her birthday is in July. I told her I would do it, but way before the heat of summer. So I am letting the photo sink into a game plan in my mind. It will fence in this view.......... For this backyard......
