Just got a next msg from a very pleased customer .. They got them back from being powder coated and installed this morning!!

Blueriver, that gate/entrance really gives that field a lot of class. You have turned it into an estate. I think their land value just went up.

LOL, no,

Been busy and on a hunting site quite a bit. See Eddie there allot lately too. TBN was getting "different" then when I started, but will see how things are now. BTW, nothing against y'all folks, that is for sure.

How have you folks been?

My little brother had a biopsy done Monday for prostate cancer, we will know next week (fingers crossed) His PSA tested at 12 a few weeks back. Fellas, get a PSA test when you turn 50, 40 if you have a family history, simple blood test. Early detection is key.

ALOT... It's time consuming.. Little things like rolling the flat stock to a 24" circle .. Not hard just precision and time ... Same with bowing the twin top rails for each gate .. 4 total again precision and time .. Then CNC plasma cut the horseshoes and the brand ... Tacking, squaring make sure each side is the same... Horse heads .. .. About 30 hrs .. I guess that's not that many hrs for everything

Nothing like making something with your hands that you can be proud of. I used to take 40 hours to rebuild a Bell 206L tail boom. It takes a lot of pride and skill to make it look awesome and not just "serviceable". My hat's off to you.

I bought the CNC plasma table for cutting the hooks for the grapple units .. Never gave much thought to the signs and artwork.. Just kinda like an overnight sensation the signs and artwork came into demand ... Currently have 9 signs of various size from 8" by 12" up to 36" by 60 inches .. One shipping to Florida and one to south Texas ... One to Alabama the rest local ... It's awesome that someone can send a picture by email and bang .. I send a cut sign!!

BR, I used to do that "stuff" for a living:thumbsup: You're making me consider it again, but it is a bit tougher doing it free-hand!
