New computer (Gateway)

Windows XP replacing Windows 98

New camera software.

Same old user.

So far, so good.

So everything is working well, except the dawg. But the dawg's cute anyway. 22 months old? My wife's Chihuahua is 2 years old today and yours couldn't be any more spoiled than this one.:D And that really is a beautiful tractor, too.

Thank ya sir!

I can't help but laugh at the latest Taco Bell commercial (where this guy is explaining to his brother how "real men" don't own lap dogs). Nikki was supposed to be a gift to my wife. I picked her up at the breeder (the dog, not my wife) and had to baby sit for half a day. Nikki bonded with me and has become, according to the rest of the family, "daddy's girl".

How well I understand. Here's Dee about 2 weeks after we got her. She was 12 weeks old when we got her.

Is that a {whisper(john deere)whisper off} windmill in the background? Maybe you can photoshop it out or turn it red or something.:D

Just a "green" generic windmill. I touched up the paint last spring and it matched up with Oliver green. We bought it at a flea market over 20 years ago, then promptly stuck it away in the barn. 2 years ago when we moved, the wife made certain it got set up at the new place. She's got "Hummingbird vine" growing all over it. Dang stuff grows so fast and is so thick, it's fouled the blades of the windmill several times.

I'm just beginning to learn how to use photoshop. Look for some of my work in upcoming threads. (Gonna turn a few orange tractors green and maybe a few green ones red ;) )

???? I'll look when I get home. My son installed it. He just recently bought
it. I'm one of those who reads instructions AFTER I learn how to use something ;)

Thanks

What? You don't think those green ones have room for improvement? ;) OK...How about I turn 'em pink and purple?

For the time being, I'm working on lightening and darkening pictures as well as cropping. I'm wanting to submit an article to a magazine and want A+ photos to make up for my weak editorial skills.

A magazine article? All right!!! Would that be "Progressive Farmerwithjunk", or "Farmwithjunk Weekly"? That's great. I think there is a lady (ItsmeCindi?) over on the CBN site that got a job writing for a paper, magazine or something due to her funny down on the farm stories that she was posting. Good luck to you.

I've got one for you, take a look at this one

Good job! I'm working on posting from multiple photo files currently. In time I'll get serious about doctoring pictures.
