Terex PT 110 regen HELP

I have a 2013 Terex pt 110 I owned the machine for about 200 hrs now it has a total of 1300 I noticed when I first got it it would regen about every 8 to 10 hrs then it stopped doing it at all. I read online sometimes when you run them under heavy load it won稚 go into regen because you make enough heat to burn the ash off without regeneration. Then I got a check engine code 3251-16 which in the manual says it Particulate trap differential pressure : HIgh moderate severity (2) I also am losing power under load. I tried running a manual regen and the machine does not do anything it doesn稚 rev up or anything. I知 not sure if it痴 supposed to or not I never ran it manually. I called a Perkins dealer he told me to change fuel filters and run it full throttle. I did that and have had no change after a few days if anybody can point me in the direction or has experience with the regen I would really appreciate to ask a couple questions to point me in the right direction
