tc33da 2004
I've got a tc33da boomer. When I use my rototiller I can smell paint burn. Yes, it's a big tiller 60", runs backward, 812 lbs. Really, I don't know where the smell is coming from. But was thanking about a temperture gauge for the hydraulics. hydraulic temperture go from 100 - 300 degrees. where to connect it is my question. The boomer is a 2004 hydrostat, 200 hrs. Went from 8n, massy 135 to boomer. A great tractor! Bought tiller from dealer when I bought boomer. The tiller"s not suppose to be to big for boomer.

Any comments welcome.

Sorry, but I'm imagining your face as you try and find the burning paint smell. (been there done that - got the tee shirt too)

It's probably the slip clutch set too loose. Paint a mark on both sides of the slip clutch and see how much it's moving - I'll bet ya a cold one that's the deal.
