Chocolate covered cherries are typically those sweet, syrupy things like Queen Anne Cordial Cherries or Cellos.(sp).

A lot of people find those too sweet.

The ones that I buy are dark chocolate covered tart cherries. The cherries are dried like you'd find in chocolate covered raisins. A lot different.

Don't get me started on Claeys Candy... another candy factory here in town.

Famous for hard candy, fudge, peanut brittle, and Chocolate Charlie.

I have a friend that works there seasonally. He'd bring in boxes of reject fudge. Oh my!
