Thanks for the info! i will check that out and that must be what it is. Its the loader mount bracket. Is this something that NH or the dealer should gIve me because i have to stop in there friday and can get the longer bolts if its a bulletin or warranty issue?

I typed that straight from my loader operator's manual I happen to have handy. Your dealer should have the bolts since they should have been installed new. Maybe it is a newer requirement. Hmmm, maybe you should check your current bolts. They might just need adjusting. I have a new loader on my case DX55, the loader is a LX360. My manual is new this year but most is a carryover from the previous manuals. It's a poor manual actually, with some areas missing due to "copy and paste" when they created it. They skipped a critical portion regarding lowering the bucket while removing the loader. I'd like to see an old copy to compare. My loader has a large pin that requires a "drive in" or "back out" motion instead of the "lift off" motion I see from others. How do you take your loader off?

I havent taken the loader off yet.

I will try to back the bolts out to see if there long enough but i looked today and they need to come out at least half inch to work.

i ran tractor today for 4.5 actual hours and was 6 hours on the tractor so the math is about right at 2300 rpms. i will fill it tomorrow to see what the fuel was.

I believe that you can only EDIT your post for X hours after the post.

About fuel consumption , Our 55 sips fuel, I never have Calculated fuel "Hourage" , but will, the next time it is operated for a long period of time.

Just at 100 hours, no complaints it has done everything we asked it to, I am amazed at the power it has, it will pull a 3 bottom 14" Ford 101 plow in med/heavy clay like it is a walk in the park, and that is with the plow running "Beam" deep, to break up the hard pan from all the years of plowing with a Ford 8n single bottom plow.

Roto,
Sounds like you have the original bolts. They were 40mm I think, and the replacements are 50mm. The 10mm difference is approximately half an inch so what you are saying would make sense. I'll bet the new bolts will be an easy fix for you.
