I made a tentative deal on a 2003? TC45DA with supersteer and a 270TL loader. I know this loader was original equipment on the larger TC55 and I'm curious if the 45 will have the hydraulics to run the loader at an acceptable speed. I test drove the machine when it was about 1 degree outside and the loader seemed quite slow. I chalked it up to cold hydraulic fluid, but after finding out that the TC45 was meant to come with the 260 loader I'm wondering how much of an effect the smaller pump on the TC45, 9.8gpm vs the 11.6 gpm on the TC55, will have on the operation of the larger loader. Does the 270 have larger hydraulic cylinders than the 260 or just a higher breakout limit? Another issue with the machine was that the tachometer was off by about 1000 rpm. Is there an easy adjustment/calibration to bring this back into spec? I've done a ton of digging and searching, but I can't seem to find an answer to these questions.
Thanks for any assistance!
