Hello Everyone,
I searched for a similar tractor for about 3 months this fall and winter and finally bought a TC35DA w/load 2 days before Christmas (Merry Christmas to me!)
It is a 2005 with 474 hours. Always maintained and was a 1 owner. The owner developed a medical condition and had to sell most of his equipment. In any case I felt it was a good deal and many thanks to some folks from this site with recommendations and guidance during that process.
I have used to to move round bales at my place more than anything an haul manure. during the summer months I will be used for Raking and tedding hay on about 50 acres yearly. and moving round bales from the field to the barn.
However I do have another question. what size of Soil Plow is right for this unit. I have good to very good soil conditions. not alot of rock and generally not claylike or hard.
I will be plowing about 5 to no more than 10 acres of field this year to replant and wanted to try this unit out to see how it does plowing a little.
Is a 2 bottom as much as I want to try? 3 bottom? 14", 16? etc.
Anyone out there using this model for this type of work?
I will be installing NH wheel weighs on it in the spring. I do not have any extra weight in it at this time. The wheel weights I think will add around 400 lbs when installed.
Thanks
