TC30 hydraulic issues

I changed the hydraulic fluid in my TC30 as well as the HST and main hydraulic filter. Used the NH 134 fluid and appropriate filters. Now when I adjust the 3 point it moves as it should then quickly moves to its full extent. This will happen if I'm lifting or lowering the 3 point. OK, so what did I miss? I've looked at the parts diagram and didn't see a screen to clean out.

Could be your 3 point speed adjustment located under the front of the seat. Try turning it down some.
