bmac...I believe the backhoe subframe attaches the same way on all class II boomers. I think you can see in the attached picture that the front brackets hang down in such a way that you can't put a mmm on unless you unbolt the brackets (Spencer please correct me if I am wrong) and this is probably not something you want to do every time you want to mow. The technique that I have found works best for installing or removing the backhoe is to use the backhoe's hydraulics, specifically the stabalizers and the boom to lift it into place. When it is at the right height you can drive the tractor back so that the bh frame slides into the bracket under the rear axle and the holes in the front brackets line up such that you can slide the pins in. Its really pretty easy.
