Welcome! March 20, 2000 model. Have you changed your fuel filter? No kinks in your fuel lines?

yes sir I bypassed with electric pump and new inline filter makes 6psi at injection pump
Machine starts ok just very delayed throttle once it does rev you can get it going ok but as soon as it pulls a load it bogs down

Sounds like the governor is gummed up or a spring has come off.

Welcome Thio. You are in the right place. As a question pops up, go to the appropriate area (your tractor manufacturer, rural are some of the areas) and ask away. If you don't see an answer in a day or two put something in the post to move it to the top and catch someones eye.

If u end up “deep diving” into the fuel system and gain access to the inj. pump control rack.. it must move very freely left and right..
VERY freely..

I would check all the maintenance stuff before tearing into the injection pump.

Mine was plugging the fuel intake line the clue was the fuel filter bowl was not staying full of fuel.

I got it figured out
Someone used a cotter pin on governor linkage inside pump and it had a long tail getting stuck causing the rack to hang up. Thanks for the replies
