Every now and then, we see big spikes in the traffic reports for TBN. Since April 2007 just broke all previous records for traffic, visitors, page views, messages posted, and we set a new single-day posting record, I thought I'd share...
In April, 23,720 messages were posted to the forums, or 791 per day average. On April 24th, there were 1,042 messages posted, which represents our first 1,000+ message day! We had three other days of 900+ messages as well.
We also had 1,008 new members register in April, which is our first 1,000+ month for registrations!
We also set new marks with 6,618 average unique users per day, 293,144 visits, and 4.2 million page views. Our most popular page was the forum index, which had 329,408 views. (All stats verified by third party tracking.)
Last but not least, our most prolific poster for the month was thcri, with 342 posts!
