How heavy is that L35 without the hoe? Tires loaded? Not exactly the best rubber for plowing either....lol.

3-16 is all my MX wants with R-1's loaded and 300# of weights per side. (~5200-5300#) But a light 3-14 dearborn it hardly noticed

I don’t know about the weight of the L35 with or without the backhoe. Plus I sold it a while back. No added ballast. Even though I had previously disc that field, I set the plow deep. Old sod field. So for what it was worth I was pretty impressed with that L35. I really like the GST trans Kubota has. I was upsizing so sold all my small equipment. Included about six or more small plows. Now I’m downsizing because the ranch is going into development.

Maybe I missed it.....

What do you plan on using to pull the new 2-16 with? Certainly not the 5250?

You didn’t miss it. I have a 2007 JD 110TLB with the hydraulic options and I just got hold of an OEM NOS drawbar hitch bracket. The welded model. I have the 3rd & 7th functions, three OEM remotes, 3pt standard and optional top & tilt hydraulics. A new 4 in 1 CAT 74” bucket. Retiring soon so I’ve just been having tractor fun for the last few years. Working on used farm equipment is much more healthier than being a couch potato. After rebuilding or servicing a piece of equipment is gratifying.

Replaced the Coulter disc blades and added mouldboard extensions to the KV yesterday. Got the plow propped up for safety to replace the shares and points this week.
