...and I always use the Stihl pre mix bottles to add to the fuel. Stihl pre mix has stabilizer in it. Stihl bar oil is a bit pricey, tend to use the Menards store brand MVP bar oil. Never use drain oil for bar oil. Not enough viscosity to lubricate the bar ways or chain properly.

I am not brand specific, usually, just look for a quality product. Always put in my own stabilizer regardless if it lists it as having it or not.

I do as well. Only use Marine Stabil and buy the small bottle as it has a definite shelf life.

This is why it's risky to buy Chinese stuff. They make things to be consumable, not repairable.

It's probably easier to just buy a new saw...
