Tajfun Logging Winch, clutch Adj.?

Hello, can anyone give me any pointers on this?

Can you contact the company, a dealer or USA importer via email? I did some research on this brand last winter and located a dealer in Marshfield, WI, about 160 miles away. My tractor folder is out at the camp, so don't have info on who I contacted. If you haven't done a Google search, it may be worth a try.

Been talking to Anders, the man I bought the winch from, and he is suppose to confirm what the manual is saying. If you turn it the wrong way you have to pull the drum.

Yes, I would buy a Tajfun again!

My manual says to move the adjusting nut to the right for more tension. Only by turning it to the left could you loosen it to the point of having problems with the clutch plates.

Is the clutch slipping? I have pulled 10 cords of hardwood firewood and around 2600 bdf of logs plus some other pulling chores and it is still pulling strong.
I did have to make a small adjustment on the brake power about half way through the logging described above. The manual was right on for that adjustment.
