The T754 and T654 seem to be reasonably available in my region for $45K~$50K with a cab. The T1104 seems to be a rare creature.

How do the larger TYM tractors compare to similar-sized and capacity tractors from the more popular USA brands in common availability? I know the smaller cabbed TYM options are super popular for a lot of people but, I don't see the large displacement versions being mentioned a lot.

I need a solid loader with more lift capacity than one heavy round bale and want something reasonable for a hay baler though it won't be a primary baling tractor but, back up to a larger model if it is down for service. Being able to feed cattle and do chores is the main goal.

Is it true the T654/T754 tractor uses Deutz engines? What about the T1104?

TIA,
Sid

The T654/754 uses a 2.9l Deutz engine yes, the T1104 uses a Doosan Infracore D34Pengine, this engine requires blue def. Where as the Deutz does not.

I like this video about the TYM 754 the best and may give answers specific to your needs:

Bill's video on his mods is pretty cool too:

And a heck of a lot cheaper than the Merlo MultiFarmer. 😁

Those are really helpful videos about the larger TYM tractors.

I have recently purchased a new T1104 and it is a wonderful tractor so far. Lifts over 4000 pounds on the forks or bucket. Used it to stack 32 2000# 4x4x8ft rectangular bales under the barn overhang, that my 68hp Kubota could not do.

What sort of pricing am I looking at for the cabbed versions of these TYM tractors? MSRP is fine with me, not looking for a deal spotting type of price but, normal street pricing for the T654, T754, or T1104 as a general reference for comparing against some Massey and CaseIH options locally.

The pricing I have seen seems pretty questionable and TYM doesn't have MSRP on its website that I have found. TractorHouse hasn't been much help either. With the volatility of tractor prices, current "retail" numbers would be helpful.

Heck, some new Massey tractors I looked at had a $10K price difference due to a delivery date difference of ~30 days!

Didn't look like much difference to me between the 654 and 754, but there was a big price difference. Bought a cabbed 654 for 40K
