I have a 2009 293 and a LITW 6" hyd feed chipper - When I run the chipper at 540 rpm I get an over flow of fluid from the tractor filler cap - Has any one else had this experience? What would cause this problem? Thanks Tom

There is a thread on this. I believe instead of a chipper it was a backhoe, maybe even a LITW brand too. I think the person was on the west coast. Do a search in the TYM sub-forum and it should pop up. If you don't find it, let us know.

Everything that I have used the rear remotes for has done this! You would think TYM could fix this problem. Hyd. oil is expensive and makes a mess.:confused: 233 HST

I took the Chipper hydraulic system apart to check, clean and tighten. I found a large piece of debris (metal shaving) obstructing the return line at the quick connect point. This changed the way the feeder control worked which allowed better speed control - by slowing the feeder down a little the fluid overflow stopped. Everything seems to be working fine now!

I like the TYM Tractor but believe I am on my own. No response from dealer or company but 3 years and 170 hours with few problems.
