T200 Crack in Loader Arm

How difficult will it be to have the crack depicted in these pictures welded? The pictures show the right side of the center of the loader arm, near the top of the tilt cylinder. Can I run the loader carefully until I get it welded without risk of further damage? This machine has seen some rough use, and you can tell from the weldment above the crack.

This is not an unusual break for these units and they can be welded and reinforced to hold. The quality of the welder will make the difference of the overall job and the way it looks when done.
