T&T controls

I've been thinking seriously about getting some hydraulic system work done. Specifically, I'd like top 'n tilt and an addtional spare set of hydr. outlets. I was wondering whether it would work to have a FEL-type control set up (plumbed?) to handle the T&T functions...left/right for tilt and forward/back for top? How do others set up controls for their T&T?

Bob, there have been a few guys that have used a loader valve and done just as you have suggested, but then you are going to need to put in either another whole valve for your 3rd remote or use an electric diverter valve setup so that you have that 3rd valve. Simplest and least costly way is to just use a 3 spool valve set up. Whatever you do, I highly suggest that you get at least one if not two of the valves with the float position. The float position has some great advantages when it comes to finish grading-smoothing of a surface.
