Syncro Trans Rebuild on a 2010?

I've got a 2010 that will need an engine overhaul. Trying to decide if it's worth the cost due to the fact that half of the forward gears are out. Any idea what it costs to rebuild the Syncro or if this is a common problem that may be an easier fix? Thanks.

Trans overhaul could end up at $3000 because trans parts especially synchronizer's are high$$$$$$$$. I just looked at parts catalog and some gears for 2010 are NLA. Engine parts aren't cheap either. Here's what one part cost for engine AT15762 PLATE,CYLINDER LINER ADD 1,123.51 USD
