Hello all. I've searched for my issue several times, but have not found any topics that seem to relate.
I have a 2005 Kubota B2410 HST that I bought used a couple of months ago. It has 750 hours on the clock and seems to be in good condition.
My problem is that the transmission surges at slow speeds. By "surging", I mean that it will sometimes jump forward without any movement of the pedal. It seems to happen more when it is at or just above idle rpm and I'm parking it for the day. When it surges, it will rapidly move forward maybe 6 inches without any pedal input. I will be slowly inching forward, and the surge is unpredictable and dangerous.
Hydraulic fluid is full, and was changed with new filters by a dealer just before I bought it. Otherwise, the tractor behaves exactly as I would expect.
Has anyone else had this happen? Is it harmful to the tractor? What was the fix?
Any help I can get will be appreciated.
