Surging Transmission

I have a 2003 JD 110 TLB Tractor. On occasion while trying to move the machine forward or reverse it surges and jumps around like it's not getting enough fluid. Check the levels and everything is ok. The machine works fine if you use the toggle switch and lever that moves the machine while running the backhoe.

Could be air is getting into the system. When was the last time the fluid and filter replaced?

July 2015 was the last fluids change.

Was the suction line cleaned at that time? I am just throwing out possible causes.

I'm not sure the service was completed before i bought the tractor. I'll contact previous owners and ask.
