That link you provided is for the synthetic rope, which is sold out. The wire rope version is still showing as In Stock at $225.

I'm going to use it primarily for loading a snowcat. This winch's closed design looks good for use in snowy weather.

I ordered one. I have used come-along to load several vehicles and tractors on my trailer over the 15 years I have had it.

Now, I'll probably never have to do it again...

Tractor Supply had a killer closeout this spring on their 8K lb synthetic rope winches. $139. they sold out fast! It is a perfect trailer winch.
