This looks like a very interesting machine. I have been waiting for the Prentice and the Bank for a while now and I stumbled across this machine. It is 50 horsepower less than the Prentice but it also weighs 14,000 lbs less so the power for mulching should not be that much of a difference. I had bad luck with the other Supertrak demo but that machine was rushed out on Con-Ag and was not ready for the woods. I am really excited about this machine since I can move it myself! She only weighs 1,000 lbs more than the FTX-140 and 3,000 les than the 148. I just need to test her at my altitude and dust and if she works I will have a tough decision to make when it comes to the Supertrak or the Prentice.

The tires are what I like, those small tires make it possible for me to move the machine with my current truck-trailer combo. I am working in the high desert where soft muddy ground in no issue at all so huge tires do not add to my capabilities. My work has not slowed down at all and that is a problem too, I am waiting on the new head to be built for the Prentice and I am also fighting with every bank in the south to get some money. I talked to one equipment finance company and they said that they were unable to finance ANY new equipment without even meeting with me. The sad part was that "Equipment Financing" was part of their name. I will not quit and I will post some fancy pictures when my new machines are done and I find a few hundred thousand dollars lying around.

I saw it at the Moultrie show. I liked it alot then and think it will handle the head weight better than the skid steer based machines. They are working on a different tire combo because it is getting stuck easily. Much better visibility. I would like to see it run.

What happened to the machine from Hendrix here in East Texas?

Sorry Eddie I thought I answered this already.
I am waiting on the Prentice to be built and I was still looking around basically. Chances are good that I will still go with the Prentice from Lynn Hendrix but I just thought the Supertrak was interesting. Finally found some money though, as soon as the machines are ready I can pick them up.
