SuperTrack Wheel Spacers

My opinion is if the truck engineers felt the need for the front axle to have a wider track than the rear or vice-versa, they had a good reason.

Pushing the wheels out further than designed without a new wheel to compensate for the new offset seems like it would stress the wheel bearing more than originally designed, especially at highway speeds. Thank goodness that stupid low-rider fad of putting undersized tires on radical offset wheels seems to be dieing out. It made the car look like a skateboard.

Oh well, at least this outfit isn't claiming higher gas mileage through the use of magnets.

I would most of the time but here we are talking about an axle that can accommodate dual wheels. So you wouldn't putting a wheel somewhere it wouldn't normally be any way.

This looks kinda lame to me. Assuming you put the same size spacer on each side, how does that change "driving crooked down the road"? Even a spacer on one side only wouldn't change the geometry of a fixed rear axle. As for not changing the wheel bearing load on a dually, it would. Moving the wheels outwards would put more load on the smaller outer bearing. Granted, those full floaters are strong, but I wouldn't do it. I agree that some things should be left the way they were engineered originally. A "thrust line" alignment or "compensated alignment" should correct if the rear axle is somehow not exactly perpendicular to the frame rails.
