super mini backhoes? what can they do?

when I was wheelin dealin with dealer I seen the smallest tlb I have ever seen. It was built for its size like a big one. dealer said it was the smallest available. just curious for the owners how good are they. They really are well built .

Kubota TLB's are very well made for their size. They are essentially scaled down "commercial" machines. Actually you could say they are commercial, Lots of them out there used by landscapers , plumbers etc.

What model?

I look at my BX as not being something to compete with construction equipment, but rather to compete with a shovel and wheel barrow. With that mindset, I am still impressed by it just about every time I use it. And, it is definitely very, very well built.

Search around, and you'll find some examples of subcompacts flexing their muscles. They certainly have their limitations, but they're probably not as low as you'd expect prior to operating one.
