Super C transmission gone out?

Yeah the trouble with a lot of these is either the stock numbers don't make sense or they fail to simply mention whether it's a "inner" or "outer " seal. The EBAY one says the packaging is dusty, dirty, etc which tells me it might be aged too much to the point of dry rot. but you never know. Thanks.

I found a lot more hits on the Timken/National part #450101. Pretty common in Auto parts stores, and $10 less than NAPA. $16.99 at O'Reilly's if you have one local. Doubt it's on the shelf, but can order, and usually in the next day. Motion Industries has them for $16.84.
