Backhoe Subframe on NH TC 40d

Have a nh tc40d tractor with subframe on it for front in loader. Can this same sub frame be used to install a backhoe on this tractor.

I have a TC40DA with a front end loader. I don't see how the loader frame could be used for a loader since it doesn't extend to the back. And a backhoe is quite heavy. I know there are 3 point mounted backhoes, but I woudl not want to put that much weight on my 3 point. Probably will have to bolt on a frame that you get from the backhoe manufacturer.

Hoot I have the same tractor and I have an older Ford backhoe for it. My backhoe has a subframe with it that interconnects with the loader subframe. I agree that the 3 pt backhoe is not a good idea, they put too much stress on rear housing. My loader subframe comes to the rear of the tractor and attaches with the ROPS framework. You could conceivably fab up a backhoe frame to connect with it. Depends on the backhoe you have in mind though, does it have a subframe with it or can you order one specific to your tractor.
