If you had gone with the Aquiline Talon, or the TRYGG studded , or the OFA Tapio chains you would have had more traction and a smoother ride.
I have used most styles of chains over the years and the euro style studded are the best for traction and ride,
they do not tear up pavement unless you spin and they provide traction so you don't spin.
