Stuck PTO CLutch

Hello, members, I have a JD LX178 tractor and the pto clutch seems to be frozen to the shaft and I'm trying to remove it. I have soaked it in PB Buster, but it won't move. Any solutions out there?

I used PB blaster on mine each day, put a puller on it and tightened the puller a little bit every day for 4 days tapping it lightly with a hammer a couple times per day.

Came off finally with no damage to the shaft or clutch assembly.
