That site I mentioned in my last post would be a good place to look I think,a clue might be matching the color to some of the foreign manufacturers.I intend to spend more time there now since I am not obsessed with this thing and enjoy what I am finding like I should be. Ron G

I cannot seem to view that animation having tried it several times over the last 24 hours.I can hear it just fine but Media Player just shows a black screen.I intend to keep trying

Did it ask you about the DIVX codec? It needs to be downloaded to work. It should open up with RealPlayer.

Sounds like you need the codec. It worked fine with my Media Player. Do you have Windows XP? If you do, you could download the latest version of Media Player (version 10).

I am running XP Pro on my desktop and XP Home on my laptop,both with version 10 Media Player with automatic codec download enabled and neither one will do the video portion of the clip.If I need to run Realplayer to see the clip I guess I won't be seeing it as I will not have Realplayer on my systems. Ron

Try adding the Divx plugin, if that doesn't play the clip, then you will need Real Player.

Anyway, It doesn't hurt to have all the players available. (at least the price is right)
