Need help identifying year and any other info you think I may need from these numbers to be able to troubleshoot and work on backhoe

The unit number is the date code.

3 = 1983
C = Feb
BO = ? Should be a date
B = day shift

The BO doesn’t make sense, but you have what you need.

KD4 = 445A
1 = Diesel, vertical exhaust
1 = No PTO
F = 4x4 Power reversing, Torque converter synchro

I read your post again and saw you have a backhoe on this tractor. There is an ID plate on the control tower or the LH side of the backhoe frame with the 'True' model. It will be a 19-*** number. In general, it is a 765 model, 10, 12 or 14'. The true model will tell you length, but you can also measure.
