Stolen Kubota with Loader

Stolen from Hilton NY, a NEW Kubota, BX2200D-60
ser # 61438, with front end loader LA211FL, serial #18238. This is a new tractor and loader. We have reason to believe it may be in or headed for Bath NY area or Ohio, to a new resident there.

Once you find the thief, it would be a good time to purchase and use a back hoe. Just make the hole real deep. Hope you find it.

Hi Franz,

Sorry about your equipment being stolen. You aren't alone, unfortunately.

Maybe Muhammad could create a section on the board, or a separate database for "Stolen Equipment." If it got enough entires, people could check the list for s/n and other details before buying equipment from third parties.

Note: Usually you do not have to post in multiple sections.

If you had financed the tractor with Kubota you would have been required to verify it would be covered by the homeowners policy. My particular policy covered it under my umbrella at no additional charge as long as I used it for my own yard. We did get some responses that part of it would be covered but they had to get a special rider which again would have been required to finance through Kubota. I would hope this would be true of any lien holder. If you paid cash for the tractor I don't know if most of us would have checked though. I have to admit that insurance never occured to me untill the dealer brought it up. Anyway, do you think you would take the same depreciation hit as when a car is stolen.

It would be pretty tough to steal it in my neighborhood.
