Stihl FS94R hard start. Ideas before carb replacement?

Doesn't take much water to make the starts unreliable.

Doesn't take much water to make the starts unreliable.

Working in lawn care, I deal with water all the time being caught out in the weather or forgetting to put the cover on the fuel jug hose. I can always tell by how it runs if there is water in it or at least I thought I could.

Got down to mid 30s last night so I thought I'd try it early this morning. 2nd pull and it fired. Well at least it's fixed.
