Steering wheel center cap keeps coming off

On my L4060, the steering wheel cap will pop out every once in a while. I can pop it back in, but it never seems like it goes the whole way in. I'm going to lose it one of these days. Anyone have this issue with the newer grand l's?

I had it happen to my L4240 and it wedged under the HST pedal;that was exciting for a minute.Mine just popped back in has hasn't come out again.If yours continues just put a little Marine Goop on it.

Same problem with steering wheel escutcheon on my L3560. Lost it. Replacement on order.

My L4740 original one would pop up and then fall off,it appeared the "guilds" were bent, I'm assuming when it was assembled, so....... I ordered a new one, does the same thing, I'm afraid to glue, I may try silicone.

Mine was missing when I bought the tractor, ordered a new one and it popped out 2 times. Added a small amount of clear silicone to each tab and it has been in place over a year.
Right after I ordered the new one, I ran into the previous owner in town and he said to stop by sometime, he had forgot to give me the center cap that kept popping out.
