Steering issues w/ 5500

Tractor has 277 hours and the steering just went south. The wheels will still turn but it's hard to turn the steering wheel. Fluid level looks good, no leak.

Thoughts?

Did you check the PS fluid filter? BobG in VA

I pulled the filter yesterday, didn't see anything out of the ordinary but I'm trying to run down a replacement today.
