Steering cylindar leaking oil

The hyd shop near me charged $200 to rebuild a tractor steering cylinder and that was with me taking it in and picking it up.

did PT replace the rod?

That is not a bad price for parts and labor - the parts are pretty expensive. The shipping hurts.
