State of MN site?

Sorry if this is a dumb Question but what does this site mean?After reading many posts that refer to this site I still do not understand.Can you order off this site or is it just for reference.I'm looking to buy a new kubota 9000 .Thanks!!

The State of Mn site is used by the state of Minnesota for bid purposes only. It shows the retail price and the discount given to the state on any of the units listed. You have to go to your local dealer to buy. We use the site for a reference for the retail price.

One thing to keep in mind when considering prices, is that the manufacturers give the dealers a better price on equipment that is being sold to municipalities and state governments, so I have been told..
